Description
Acer Buergerianum Trident Maple is a small, deciduous tree with a rounded growth habit. Trident Maple has three-lobed, triangular leaves with shiny green upper surfaces and pale green undersurfaces. The leaves exude dark red and orange shades during fall. Trident Maple produces non-showy, greenish-yellow flowers in spring. The shade tree can be grown in average, medium moisture, well-drained soils in full sun to part shade. It is ideal for streets and patios. Trident Maple also bears samaras that ripen in fall.
