Salvia Guaranitica Anise-Scented Sage

Salvia Guaranitica Anise-Scented Sage is a perennial plant that prefers full sun or light shade. Anise-Scented Sage has ovate, pointed leaves with a dark green upper surface and pale green underside that produce an anise scent when bruised. The intense blue, purple, or white flowers with darker purple calyces bloom from mid-summer to fall. The plant thrives in average, evenly moist, well-drained soils and is suitable for beds, borders, and wall-side borders. The plant has a bushy growth habit and produces schizocarps as fruit.
