Insignificant green flowers appear on 'Princeton' American Elm in early spring. They are followed by clustered, winged fruits called samara. 'Princeton' American Elm prefers moist but well-drained soil and full sun to partial shade. It is ideal for specimen and street planting. 'Princeton' American Elm exhibits a vase-shaped and upright growth habit. Highly resistant to Dutch Elm disease.
