Landscape Wall Caps and Coping

The right retaining wall caps will add tremendous function and style to many hardscape projects. A protective cap forms a lip over each side of the wall; this keeps water and debris away from the main structure so it lasts longer. Wall caps generally have more rounded edges than the primary blocks to improve safety. Coping refers to a decorative lip that only has an overhang on one side, which is ideal for in-ground pools, stair treads and other foot traffic areas.
